BOOKING
The deposit is half of the package pricing, and you’ll pay the remainder the day of the shoot. The deposit is non refundable.
* Please note: Dates that are shown are open as of right now. Be mindful, the date you may want could be booked the longer you wait. By all means, book when it’s convenient for you. Just keep in mind that your desired date and time may be booked. I do not hold dates.
LATE FEE
$25 IS REQUIRED AFTER 15MINS LATE. AFTER 30MINS, YOUR SHOOT IS CANCELED AND YOU FORFEIT YOUR DEPOSIT.
PLEASE KEEP UP WITH COMMUNICATION. IF CLIENT DOES NOT RESPOND IN 24HRS BEFORE SHOOT, SHOOT IS CANCELED, DEPOSIT IS FORFEIT AND CLIENT MUST DO THE BOOKING PROCESS OVER AGAIN.
RESCHEDULING
Life happens, and I understand! If you need to reschedule, you may reschedule your session one time only within the same calendar year as your original shoot date. Sessions not completed before the year ends will result in the deposit being forfeited, and a new booking will be required.
TURNAROUND TIME
Photos for picking are sent out 24-48 hours after shoot. Turnaround time on edits are 7-12 days on portrait/video packages. Booking in advance is highly recommended.
ADDITIONAL EDITING FEES
$30 extra edit per photo. Max of extra edits are 5.
$60 extra outfit (after Deluxe Package [3 looks] ) to add another look from mini package OR classic package, you must switch to next package
RENTALS
A selection of dresses are available to rent for your session. In-studio dress rentals range from $30–$60, while outside studio rentals range from $60–$80.

TRAVEL
Travel fees apply to sessions located more than 1 hour away and start at $50. Fees vary based on distance, travel time, and location. Out-of-town and out-of-state sessions are available and require a custom quote, with out-of-state travel starting at $600. Travel fees are separate from the session package price.

Rush editing is $150
PHOTO RELEASE
Miesha Williams Photography has the right to post on Miesha Williams Photography’s website and all social media platforms for promotional purposes. Also ‘before and afters’ of photos.
